Introduction

These Terms of Use (including all other terms, policies, notices, guidelines, and forms referenced herein or otherwise available on the Platform or by hyperlink) (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and mobile applications provided by FlashGrocery Pte Ltd (or referred to as “BeepBeep” or “us”) (collectively the “Platform”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms. If you do not agree with or fall within the Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Users below the age of 18 must obtain consent from parent(s) or legal guardian(s), who by accepting these Terms shall agree to take responsibility for your actions and any charges associated with your use of the Platform and/or purchase of Goods. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing the Platform immediately.

BeepBeep reserves the right to change or modify these Terms (including any additional terms and conditions or policies, which are published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms) at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly and you are strongly recommended to do so. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms (whether or not reviewed by you) by your continued use of the Platform following the date on which the amended Terms are posted.

All photos and images of the Goods shown on the Platform are also for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual Goods.

Payment

Payment for all Items, delivery fees and charges can be made on our mobile application, which may be cash, or one of the automated payment methods available to you on the Platform. When you place an Order, actual payment will be only charged upon confirmation of your Order. You are responsible for paying for all Items ordered using your account, and for related delivery fees and surcharges (if any), even if you have ordered the Item for someone else. All Items are subject to availability.

BeepBeep! reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing payment methods at any time in its sole discretion. If you choose to pay using an online payment method, the payment shall be processed by our third party payment service provider(s). With your consent, your credit card / payment information will be securely stored with our third party payment service provider(s) for future orders. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit and debit card to fulfil payment of an Order.

You agree that you are subject to the applicable user agreement of your payment method. You may not claim against any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. Insofar as required, BeepBeep takes responsibility for payments made on our Platform including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and dispute resolution, provided if reasonable and justifiable and in accordance with these Terms.

Refunds & Exchanges

We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you wish to request a refund or exchange for an item purchased from our store, please carefully review the following conditions:

Reporting Period:

You must report any issues or request a refund/exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. This reporting period starts from the time of delivery or collection.

Eligible Items:

Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging will be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Reporting Process:

To initiate the refund or exchange process, please contact our customer service team within the specified reporting period. You can reach us by reaching out to us via the In-App Chat. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs, if applicable.

Non-Compliance:

Failure to report the issue within the specified 24-hour period may result in the denial of your refund or exchange request.
